Onboarding
Congratualation on purchasing the Fearless Followup Text Marketing System. You will see how simple it is to build a list of prospects and customers to buy your products and services on a regular basis. People love to text and receive texts. It's the only media channel that offers a 97% read rate and most messages are read within minutes of receipt.
So let's get started.
We will contact you via the phone number you provided on the order page in the next 2 business days. We will schedule a 15 minute Onboarding Session with your Account Manager (in person or over the phone).
In the meantime we need you to do the following:
1. Email your business information to hello@fearlessfollowup.io so that your business texts are compliant with the Major Mobile Carriers for message deliverability (after submitting your information to the Carriers, it can take up to two weeks for approval).
- Your legal Business Name
- DBA (if you have one) or Brand
- Address
- Phone
- Website
- Copy of your logo
- Tax number/ID/EIN).
2. If you have a list of prospect and/or customers that have given you their mobile phone numbers we need to upload this list into your account. Please provide a CSV (comma delimited) file with their name and mobile number. If you need help with this process, please let us know.
3. During your Onboarding Session we will discuss what messages you would like to send out to your list. This could be specials, offers, updates, events, giveaways, etc.
